Very good. The lady put my order in the computer in such a way that was the least expensive. That was very nice!

Pathetic customer service! Lobby closed/drive thru only due to pandemic. (Completely understandable) We chose to remain loyal and eat here only to be told “no refills” (understand that too, but would NOT give us another cup either) and gave us no utensils to eat with.

The fastest service my wife and I have ever had. And THE cleanest Chicken Express I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Victoria did a great job with the place. And Christian was the friendliest and nicest host. Thanks Chicken Express!

The workers are nice, considerate, they have good food, love the biscuits and chicken oh and also great french fries

Great sweet tea and that signature taste with gravy. Personally I enjoy the livers and gizzards. But I love to grab a taste of their chicken and corn popper sides as well.

Today's visit at Chicken Express in Burnet Tx was very unsatisfying. First, the young lady who was taking the order became agitated when I ask her to add an extra MP side. I could not understand her as her radio was not clear. So she became snappy with me as she had to ask me a second time about the second MP side. Apparently, she couldn't here me, either. Pulled up to the window, got my order. When I checked my order, I didn't have the extra MP side. I went to the drive thru window, gave the ticket to the cashier and he gave me the second MP side. My cousin and I pulled into a parking space so we could eat. No silverware, so the third trip to the drive thru window! That experience was really unsatisfying. Burnet has the only Chicken Express in the area. PLEASE DON'T LET INSUFFICIENT EMPLOYEES RUIN THIS CHICKEN EXPRESS!

Love the chicken with mashed potatoes and white gravy and don't forget the sweet tea!!

I don't hate this place they make a better product than KFC. It's just the kids that work there can't multi task. They try, to talk and pull your order .but they just can't do it. I always get shorted a piece or a roll. Or a side, you have to check your order before you leave , I know that working in a fast food environment should be fun . But common sense is lost on these kids, .

Love the tea,chicken tenders,mashed taters and the rolls are the BOMB! Great chicken place...the BEST in my eyes!

The chicken is very good. Always fresh and hot. A little pricey compared to other similar establishments. My main issues are the religious overtures from signage to radio stations playing. I prefer my restaurant chains to be free of any biases but it is a franchise so the owner can do as he/she chooses. Personally I find it offensive so I choose not to spend my money there.

This place is awesome great food great staff really nice atmosphere.

Inside is closed but almost witnessed a fight in the drive-thru between an old lady who cut the line and waved her phone out the window and 2 younger women. Sad they only cussed each other out

Was thinking it was a great idea to stop and buy a family dinner. Bad idea- kid at register had no customer skills, I had to ask for carriers for 6 drinks because he just wouldn't speak. Didn't thank us, threw away my receipts didn't give me any . Kudoz to the worker in the kitchen that gave us the carry bags, and thanked us for our visit. Never stopping here again.

Pretty decent chicken for fast food chicken. Crispy flaky coating, that isn't spicy.

Drove from Kingsland to Burnet just to get chicken to go. Got home and did not get home with all our order. Suggest employees double check orders before customer receives.

Spent 35 minutes in drive thru line. Food was barely cooked when we got it.

I wasnt very impressed with the one I went to in conroe , the girls working were so nice my goodness they were nice but I have not ever had pink mashed potatoes so I threw them away, other than that it was ok! But the people were super nice

Good food, semi-friendly staff, clean, semi-expensive chicken, over all not bad. Would love it if they added some spice to the livers and gizzards.

I could eat these great, perfectly crispy tenders from Chicken E any day ! ... & frequent this place so often, that some of my friends think I actually own stock here 😂 not to mention their sweet tea is ALWAYS on point 😎

We have always got fresh hot food from this Chicken Express. The lady that took my order was friendly as well.

The best fried chicken place in burnet. They're always busy, and staff is very good. Never had a bad time ordering from them.

I'm thinking they were a bit understaffed for a weekend night, the drive through took excessively long tonight.

Drive thru was unorganized. Fish I ordered had clearly been under warmer for a while. Inedible! Waste of time and money. Won't go back. Plenty of options now.

Decided to pick up food 5pm got home the fries were HOURS old the chicken hardly warm. In our current times if you expect to keep business the food should be fresh, it really doesn't take long to cook fresh fries.

The food is always good but had issue with help at register. Poor person didn't know how to make change.

This is the best chicken in marble falls. We eat there at least once a month. Just be sure to check your takeout order before you drive away or best chance is you will regret it. The kids that work there dont always fill the order correctly.

great chicken livers cook just right very good rolls so yummy nice clean and good service

We usually get chicken and gizzards from here in Burnet once a week. Usually ok, but the last time they only gave a small cup of something it was more like flour watered down with pepper at the bottom had to dump it down the sink. Gizzards were so hard you couldn't eat them! Chicken some ok some overcooked. Biscuits were as if they were taken off somebody's tray and just smashed into container falling apart. Will make the drive to MF next time. In their defense they do have a Help Wanted sign up.

The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly and they take great pride in delivering exceptional service! They make me miss living in Burnet!!
